Library cards are free for residents of Scugog Township. New customers will receive a library card in the mail within 5-10 business days. If you live outside of Durham Region you must come in to the Library to register and a user fee will be required. Kids of any age can get a library card!

I hereby apply for borrowing privileges at the Scugog Memorial Public Library, and agree to be responsible for all materials borrowed on my card, and to abide by the rules and regulations of the Scugog Memorial Public Library Board including those set out for the use of the Internet.
